Rhya Nicolle Centers-Howell, 9 months, of 323 W. Market St.,  St. Marys, died at 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, in the emergency department of Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.

She was born on Jan. 17, 2012, in St. Marys.

She is survived by her father, Seth (Lindsey Jung) Centers of Anna; her mother, Kori Howell of St. Marys; two brothers, Reese Howell of St. Marys and Rhett Howell of St. Marys; her paternal grandfather, Jim (Kay) Centers of Sevierville, Tenn.; her paternal grandmother, Kim Centers of Sidney; her maternal grandparents, Kami (Rick Timbs) Howell of Montezuma and Mike (Kelly Behm) Rieger of St. Marys; her paternal great-grandmother; two maternal great-grandmothers; her maternal great-great-grandmother; two paternal uncles; her paternal aunt; her maternal uncle; her maternal aunt.

She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandfather; her maternal great-grandfather; her maternal great-great-grandfather; two maternal great-uncles.

Rites are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel), St. Marys, with the Rev. Dr. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
