Kelsey Rohrbach, Devan Lauth and Skylar Liming scored goals for St. Marys in its first win of the season. The Roughriders face another tough non-conference opponent on Thursday when they make the trek north to face Liberty-Benton.

VOLLEYBALL

FORT LORAMIE 3, MINSTER 0

The Redskins defeated Minster 25-12, 25-15 and 25-23 in a non-league match held at Ft. Loramie. Sara Hosey led Minster with seven kills. Megan Kaiser had five kills. Erica Oldiges had two service aces.

“I thought we improved as the match continued,” Minster head coach Cami Lefeld said. “I knew coming in we were going to be hindered because this is our first match and Ft. Loramie has had some good competition last Saturday at Coldwater and that showed tonight with our inexperience.”

MARION LOCAL 3, ANNA 0
Marion Local swept away the Rockets, 25-14, 25-17, 25-16, on Tuesday night.
Gina Kramer led the Flyer with nine kills. Hannah Heitbrinkg had seven kills and three blocks, Meg Schwieterman had five kills and two blocks. Brooke winner served five aces, and Allie Wendel had three aces.

BOYS GOLF
NEW KNOXVILLE 206, HOUSTON 217

The New Knoxville boys golf team won its first match of the season, knocking off Houston 206-217 on Tuesday.
The Rangers’ David Boesche fired a 46. Brandon Steinke added a 48. Shane Topp and Ben Menke each had a 56.
New Knoxville (1-0) hosts Versailles today at Arrowhead at 4:30 p.m.

LCC 155, CELINA 162
Celina’s Kaleb Kuhn fired an even par 36 at Fox’s Den, but Lima Central Catholic was able to pick up a 155-162 win on Tuesday.
Jame Riepenhoff and Westin Young both led the T-Birds with 38s. Celina’s David Jenkins added a 38 for the Bulldogs, who fell to 0-2.

BOYS SOCCER
FINDLAY 4, CELINA 2
Celina’s Ryan Hoyng and Brennan Piper scored goals for the Bulldogs in the 4-2 loss to the Trojans.
