Arbor Day Celebration

ST. MARYS — An Arbor Day celebration in St. Marys will be held at 10 a.m. today at the High Street Shelter House near the canal. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Memorial trees will be dedicated and planted for friends and loved ones.

3rd Arrest Made In Reineke Case

April 20, 2015

ST. MARYS — A Lima man was arrested Monday morning in connection with a decades old homicide.

Brian S. Guggenbiller, 51, was arrested on one count of aggravated murder for his alleged role in the 1981 death of Marcellus Reineke, of St. Marys. Guggenbiller was taken into custody by officers from the St. Marys Police Department, Lima Police Department and agents from the FBI.
