An Anna man is in custody following an alleged burglary in St. Marys Monday morning.
Deputies arrested Dustin R. Bradley, 31, of Anna, following an incident at 2100 Celina Road, St. Marys. A resident reported previous burglaries at the home. Deputies conducted surveillance on the residence and were present when Bradley allegedly entered the residence at 8:30 a.m. Monday. Bradley was taken into custody without incident. Investigators also believe Bradley is responsible for additional burglaries in St. Marys and New Bremen. Those cases are being investigated by the sheriff's office.
"Our guys did a great job on this and went the extra mile to try and catch who was responsible for this," Auglaize County Sheriff Al Solomon said in a news release. "It is great when things work out to catch the bad guy and help the victims in these cases."
Officers from the St. Marys Police Department assisted at the scene. Bradley is being held on a $50,000 bond with a 10 percent cash provision.
