Gun Club To Hold Open House

Staff Writer

Western Ohio Fish and Game was first chartered in April 1916. This year, the group will celebrate its 100th anniversary.
A free open house for all 220 gun club members and the public will be held Saturday.
There will be certified instructors in the following disciplines: archery, rifle, pistol, shotgun and muzzle loading. There is no general charge but those who attend are asked to bring their own guns and ammunition.
There will be a small charge to cover the cost of clay birds if anyone shoots traps.
The club will supply lunch and refreshments. The club will raffle off a Ruger .380 LCP courtesy Steven Hunter Firearms LLC.
The open house will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday. Children are welcome, with supervision, but must remain in the clubhouse.
No guns or ammunition will be permitted inside the clubhouse.
The club is located at 02393 Easterly Road.
