Staff Writer

The New Knoxville Historical Society is set open its doors from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. today to showcase the cream of the crop concerning local artifacts from a creamery and two dairies, which all previously thrived in the village. The dairy flavored open house will feature glass milk bottles, rustic milk canisters from the early and mid-20th century, restored photographs of the original dairies and horse-drawn milk carriers, agricultural advertisements from a bygone era and a lot more.
